Where do you ship?

We ship to destinations in Canada. Eligible options are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally take 1–2 business days to process, followed by 4–6 business days in transit. Normal expected delivery is 5–8 business days.

How do I request a return?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery and wait for return instructions before sending the item back. Approved returns are free and have no restocking fee.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. We will review an appropriate remedy.

What currency and payment options are used?

Orders are processed in CAD. The payment options enabled for the specific order appear at checkout.
